How long does shipping take for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Due to PACT Act regulations, all vaporizers must be shipped via specialized carriers with adult signature required, which generally takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
What is the warranty policy on Puffco devices?
We offer a one-year limited warranty on electronic bases (the battery component) against manufacturer defects. Please note that atomizers are considered consumable parts and carry a separate 30-day limited warranty.
How do I clean my device for optimal performance?
We recommend cleaning your chamber after every use with a cotton swab. For a deep clean, submerge the glass attachment and the chamber in 99% Isopropyl Alcohol. Never submerge the electronic base in any liquid.
Can I return my product if I have already used it?
For hygienic and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened or used. Unopened products in their original shrink-wrap may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Why is an adult signature required for delivery?
Federal law requires that all shipments containing vaporization products be signed for by an adult (21+) with a valid government-issued ID at the time of delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Due to industry regulations, we are currently unable to accept PayPal or Apple Pay for vaporizer purchases.
